hercules software package provides System/370, ESA/390 and z/Architecture Emulator, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hercules
hercules is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hercules package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hercules *
You will get with hercules package name, version, architecture and description in a table
